Refund & Exchange Policy

At Naqsh E Riwayat, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔁 Exchange Policy

• You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Exchanges are only allowed for:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Size or color change (subject to availability)

Note: Sale items and customized products are not eligible for exchange.

💸 Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The item is out of stock after payment

  • The item is damaged beyond use and cannot be exchanged

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer within 7–10 business days.

🚚 Return Process

To initiate an exchange or refund:

1. Contact us at naqsheriwayat@gmail.com or 0309 2467063 within 7 days.

2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation with pictures (if applicable).

3. Once approved, return the item using a trusted courier service (shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect).

• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

• Exchanges are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
