What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer (details provided upon request)

3. Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Yes! We deliver all across Pakistan using trusted courier services.

4. How long does delivery take?

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

5. Do you charge for shipping?

Yes, standard shipping charges apply. However, we offer free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000 (if applicable).

6. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. (See our Refund & Exchange Policy for details.)

7. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued in special cases such as out-of-stock items or items received in damaged condition. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately with pictures of the item, and we’ll arrange for an exchange or solution at the earliest.

9. Do you take custom orders?

At the moment, we do not offer custom stitching or made-to-measure orders — but we’re working on adding this option soon!
